Jamaica is renowned for its rum, and no visit to St. Elizabeth is complete without exploring the Appleton Estate Rum Factory. The guided tour not only delved into the intricate rum-making process but also shed light on the island’s rich history and sugar plantation heritage. From the aroma of the oak barrels to the taste of the aged rums, every moment was a celebration of Jamaican craftsmanship and legacy.
