I always start these trends/challenges and this beautiful green chlorophyll filled plant called celery is by far my favorite. I have a history of Crohn’s disease and when I heard that celery juice has tons of benefits including reducing inflammation and helping decrease autoimmune disease symptoms. That’s all I needed to hear to give this a try. I started with 7 days and continued for months after. I drink celery juice 1st thing in the morning and my life has literally changed. I have experienced:

*My body is removing more waste

*I have an overall better mood
*Certain things no longer give me anxiety
*My brain fog is gone
