Hey Gems ♥, I had the pleasure of staying atVilla Bokehfor a few days and I wanted to give this hidden gem it’s own dedicated post.Villa Bokéhis a home away from home. It’s nestled in the heart of the bustling city of Antigua, Guatemala. This place is truly a magical experience and absolutely stunning.
Matthew and I planned to go to Latin America for a few days, and I found this gem while searching for luxury hotels in Guatemala; I’m happy I chose this breathtaking chateau. Villa Bokéh is about an hour and a half outside Guatemala City in Antigua. Antigua, Guatemala, is a location filled with Spanish colonial history. It is also one of the safest travel destinations in the region.
When booking, I expected your typical luxury 5-star resort, but when we showed up, we were blown away. We felt like we stepped into an episode of Bridgerton. It feels like a magical wonderland; I had to share some photos with you guys! The views here are breathtaking, and the villa is gorgeous and clean; an added plus is that the food is excellent and, of all, the staff is attentive and kind.

Amenities - The Pool
The pool is a gorgeous amenity. Matt and I even enjoyed it on a cloudy. All guests receive complimentary access to the heated outdoor swimming pool. In addition, you are able to order drinks and lunch to enjoy a nice pool day with no distractions.
Villa Bokéh Dining
The hotel restaurant offers delicious menu options by Executive Chef Marcos Sàenz and Resident Chef Luis Emilio. The menu offers many classics you’re used to from home and gourmet items with an infusion of traditional Guatemalan dishes. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From the menu, we’ve tried the Chicken Club, Classic Cheese Burger, and Steak Frites, and honestly, the chicken club and cheeseburger were some of the tastiest meals I’ve ever had! If you don’t stay here, you do have the option to stop by for lunch or dinner, and I say the experience is 100% worth it.
