Planning a trip should be exciting, not overwhelming! My full service trip planning consultation carries a planning fee, allowing me to dedicate the time and attention to detail needed to create your itinerary. It includes a 30 minute phone call with me, plus all the research I do beforehand. My goal is to help you find a trip that fits your travel wish list, interests, and budget. If your original destination doesn’t quite work within your budget, I’ll explore other destinations and options that offer a similar experience so we can find something that works for you.

Once I accept your trip planning request, I’ll send you a questionnaire with more detailed questions about your travel style, must haves, budget, and the experiences you’re looking for.  Your Itinerary will be complete before your call. During our call, we’ll go through my recommendations together, and I’ll send you your personalized Itinerary document so you can explore your options and make decisions about your trip at your own pace.

I want to make sure you get the most out of our time together, so I do all the research before we speak. I also intentionally limit the number of trips I plan so I can give each one the attention it deserves. The planning fee is fixed and non negotiable, as each trip takes several hours of research and preparation. Please note that I currently offer this service to U.S. residents only.
